He has been associated with our Company as the Company Secretary since July 15, 2019, and was appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from September 21, 2023. He holds a bachelors’ degree in commerce and a degree of law from the University of Rajasthan. He is also registered with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
