He has been associated with our Company since December 15, 2017 and was appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from September 21, 2023. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a bachelors’ degree in commerce from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He has over 7 (seven) years of experience in secretarial and legal compliance department of our Company. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Teamlease Services Limited.
